You understand and agree that Reiki sessions are meant to support your well-being. Results and
experiences may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for your

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

on your healing journey. These terms outline the agreement between you (the client) and me (the
service provider) regarding the Reiki services I offer. Please read them carefully, as booking a session

means you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided
I offer Reiki sessions that are intended to promote relaxation and well-being for both humans and
animals. Please note, Reiki is a complementary healing practice and not a replacement for medical
treatment. It is designed to support your overall well-being.

2. Booking and Payment
 All sessions must be booked in advance through www.diamondlighthealingllc.com.
 Payment is due upon booking. I accept payment through PayPal.
 You must provide accurate information when booking services.
 If you have any concerns or requests regarding payment, feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy
to discuss flexible options.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
 Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.
 Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

4. Late Arrivals
 If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to
respect the time of other clients.
 If I am running late (which I try to avoid!), you will still receive your full session time, or we can
reschedule if that’s more convenient for you.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
 Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Please consult a healthcare
professional for any physical or mental health conditions.
 By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and
agree to my Liability Disclaimer (see Liability Disclaimer for more details).
 Diamond Light Healing, LLC will not be held liable for any adverse effects experienced during or
after a session.

6. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information shared during sessions will be kept
